Hoover Mechanical is currently looking to fill positions 1st to 4th year Apprentices and Journeyman Plumbers in the Edmonton area.

These are full-time hours._


What we are looking for:


  • Attention to detail

transportation to and from work

  • Possesses basic hand tools
  • Experience in commercial/wood construction considered an asset

PPE Requirements and Basic Safety Certificates

  • Minimum 6" boots
  • Work gloves
  • Hard hat and safety vest will be provided

Skills and Abilities
To be successful in the trade, plumbers must have physical stamina to:

  • Use proper lifting techniques for heavy pipes weighing in excess of 25 kgs
  • Comfortable with working from heights on ladders
  • Standing for long periods
  • Work in tight and cramped spaces
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Ability to work with others and alone
