    Description

    Leadership Role in Tort Claims Litigation

    This is a leadership position within our Claims Litigation Unit, where you will oversee a team of litigation lawyers handling tort claims litigation. You will contribute to the leadership of our unit and provide advice to the Claims department on general tort claims litigation handling.

    • Lead and oversee a team of litigation lawyers.
    • Contribute to leadership of Definity's Claims Litigation Unit.

    Job Description:

    The selected candidate will have limited caseloads of personal injury and insurance defense files. They will work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives. The role requires strong leadership abilities, demonstrated through coaching or mentoring other lawyers for at least 3 years. A law degree from an accredited law school (LLB or Juris Doctor) and licensure by the Law Society are necessary qualifications.
