As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and execute development strategies that align with our company's vision.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential development opportunities and market trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial models, feasibility studies, and investment proposals to evaluate the viability of development projects.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies to navigate the development process.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities, including zoning, environmental assessments, and permitting processes.
  • Support the negotiation and acquisition of properties, including conducting property inspections and assessments.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and leasing strategies to maximize project profitability.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate finance, construction, or architecture.
  • A bachelor's degree is required in finance, business, real estate, economics, construction, architecture, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial modeling and feasibility analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detailorientated with strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
