is a growing InsurTech startup, we leverage the power of machine learning to assess and mitigate risks and provide flexible insurance for thousands of drone and aviation pilots.
We are looking for a professional consultant for the role of Licensed (P&C)
Broker that can handle all the legal/bureaucratic aspects in these provinces:
British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan
Responsibilities:
- Hold an active insurance license for Property and Casualty.
- Maintain and improve an internal knowledge base and workflows
- Correspond with and report to the insurance regulatory authority in Canada (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) as required by the insurance legislation.
- Make all required filings, payments, and assessments in accordance with the insurance legislation in Canada.
- Cooperate in regulatory notices, correspondence, and changes related to insurance programs and appointment.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams at SkyWatch.
- Perform duties with the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct expected from a prudent insurance agent/broker.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in selling Property and Casualty insurance
- Willing to work
remotely\from home: - Technology-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills, loves working with people of all kinds, team player.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sales approach oriented
