Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Assist in gathering and analyzing detailed business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to understand business processes and objectives.
Contribute to the documentation of business requirements using standard templates.
Assist in prioritizing requirements based on business value and feasibility.

Process Improvement:

Support the evaluation and alignment of existing processes with TM Forum standard processes.
Assist in documenting new processes specific to Operations, aligned with the ServiceNow Order Management module.
Contribute to process mapping and analysis to identify areas for optimization.
Assist in the development of comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows.

Solution Design and Implementation:

Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Contribute to the development of user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
Participate in sprint planning and grooming sessions to refine user stories.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Business Analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of telecommunications industry concepts is a plus.

Additional Qualifications:

Familiarity with requirements management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.

Working Conditions:

This is a fulltime coop position located at 65 Kelfield St, Toronto, ON M9W 5A
The position requires two days of inperson attendance per week, with the possibility of additional inperson days based on project needs.
