Role

Deliverables

Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their requirements.


Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment's product line and stay updated on new products and developments.


Sales Strategy
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.


Lead Generation
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.


Quoting and Proposal Development
Prepare accurate and detailed quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring alignment with their requirements and budget.


Negotiation
Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and maximize profitability.


Order Management
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.


Customer Satisfaction
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.


Reporting
Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress against targets and sales pipeline.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry such as manufacturing, entertainment, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and customercentric approach.
  • Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
