Position:
Full-time Customer Service Representative


Role Duties:

  • Managing bookings for audit dates in the provinces we operate in.
  • Communicating with the Operations department on audit updates.
  • Managing inbound calls to ensure they are addressed by the correct individuals.
  • Dealing with customers to book appointments for installations.
  • Doing 'welcome calls' to new customer to introduce 1Click and explain how we can work effectively together in the future.
  • Providing assistance to the Sales and Operations team in order to deliver the best customer service in our industry.

Experience:

o Customer Service experience is an asset, however an outgoing personality and a sincere want to deliver outstanding customer service is key.


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • We will provide training for the rest.

Reporting to:
Head of Sales Department

Compensation:
o $42,000 - $48,000 depending on experience and knowledge

  • Participation in the company's benefit program
