How You Will Make an Impact


The Office Coordinator is primarily responsible for all administrative and financial information processing activities; in addition to the oversight and coordination of the Company's administration systems and record keeping.

The Office Coordinator will be a key liaison between the site and the Property Manager and will be responsible for the areas of tenant services, financial information processing, maintenance, office administration and inquiries.


  • To provide a work ethic in leadership and role modelling of behaviours that demonstrates the Mission, Vision and Values of Good Shepherd Non-Profit Homes
  • Prepare Reports & memorandums
  • Reply to member / tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide community involvement and support to community workers
  • Bank Deopsits
  • Enter all deposits into the Arcori accounting system
  • Calculate housing charges/rent according to proper procedures.
  • Provide the appropriate notices in accordance with regulations.
  • Enter maintenance work order
  • Prepare monthly work order reports for review.
  • Contact companies approved contractors when necessary ensuring that the proper approval process has been followed.
  • Assist with contractors as required from time to time.
  • Adhere to monthly administration timelines.
  • Maintain a strictly professional relationship with tenants/client
  • Manage the Property administration office in an organized and efficient manner
  • Receive maintenance requests; prepare Work Orders and coordinate with Building Superintendent and/or trades as necessary
  • Provide telephone reception and coordinate with other staff
  • Liaise with visitors, trades, landlords, staff, and other agencies as needed in a professional and organized manner
  • Prepare notices and other correspondence as directed
  • Collect rent and issue rent receipts; track tenant arrears
  • Receive invoices and code for payment, prepare bank deposits, make bank deposits, administer petty cash as required
  • Collect and distribute mail in an orderly and accurate manner
  • File legislative paperwork
  • Assists in the Annual Income Verification process
  • Maintain professional boundaries with tenants Responsible for participating in Good Shepherd's Health and Safety programs, procedures, procedures and work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations to minimize risk to clients, staff and others as well as to the property of the Good Shepherd.
