Covenant Health, in partnership with Alberta Health Services, invites applications for General Internists to join a passionate and collegial medical team at the Grey Nuns Community Hospital.

In collaboration with their Internal Medicine colleagues, the successful candidates will deliver high quality, detail-oriented inpatient and outpatient care to patients served by the Grey Nuns Hospital (GNH).

For inpatient care, the opportunity to participate equally in the Clinical Teaching Unit (CTU) will be offered, including a commensurate number of overnight call, holidays, etc., An outpatient practice, either through an AHS facility and/or private clinic is strongly encouraged.

The outpatient department (OPD) clinic space is provided to all Internal Medicine members for post-discharge follow up of patients as needed.

The GNCH Internal Medicine group is heavily involved in teaching medical students, residents and fellows, and has been recognized as a site for excellence in training by trainees and the University of Alberta alike.

Candidates must hold an MD or equivalent with completed training in General Internal Medicine and must be eligible for licensure within the Province of Alberta.
