For over twenty years, Massage Above All Incorp has been providing clients in Red Deer with knowledgeable therapeutic and relaxation massage experiences in our professional and well-maintained clinic.

• Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere to guests
• Answer all incoming phone calls in a knowledgeable and professional manner
• Greet clients and check them them into the clinic upon arrival
• Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Above All services
• Book massage appointments (i.e. confirm treatment, time to arrive, cancellation policy)
• Promote and sell massages and therapeutic products
• Administer and maintain forms and documentation for new and existing clients
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures
• Ensure spa bookings allow for adequate break times for Massage Therapists
• Liaise with Massage Therapists and other receptionists to ensure effective scheduling particularly during peak business times

• Experience within a service oriented environment with a focus on sales, customer service, administration and providing a high level of client service/satisfaction
• Superior verbal communication
• Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly (sunny disposition) great people skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
