Customer Service Representative


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns
  • Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Follow food handling and preparation guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
  • Upsell products and promotions to increase revenue

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Knowledge of food service or retail math is a plus
  • Strong math skills for cash handling and register operations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation guidelines is desirable

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
