PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD

Join our dynamic team as a Production Team Lead Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and participating in the day-to-day operations of our facility.

As a Production Team Lead, you will guide, support, and train our dedicated CSP plant team members, ensuring top-notch production, maintenance, health and safety, and quality control.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily production requirements based on our production plan, contributing to the success of our operation.

TASKS

Core Work Tasks:

Be the driving force Lead, guide, supervise, and motivate our talented team members in their production and operations functions.
Dive into action Assign orders, ensuring an even workload distribution that guarantees everything is completed on time to exceed customer demand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Champion superior customer service by coordinating daily production activities with our enthusiastic team members.
Ensure accurate and complete daily production reports, maintaining the pulse of our operations.
Make efficiency your priority Ensure equipment is working smoothly and our products meet the highest quality standards.

Hold a Grade 12 diploma or GED, showcasing your commitment to education.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL SKILLS

Bring your expertise You should have 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting.
