Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

Your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.

• Need to have residence in Prince Albert or surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment
• Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through playbased learning
• Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
• Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and administrators
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent conferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
• Familiarity with computerized educational tools is a plus
