We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing and Advertising team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain calendars for the Marketing and Advertising team
  • Conduct market research to keep track of competitors' prices and products
  • Following up with clients and monitor documents, plans and campaigns
  • Create PowerPoint and other presentations and marketing materials to support a consistent image of M.E. Mediatech Corp. at all times
  • Proofread, vet and review all marketing and advertising materials to ensure standards for quality and consistency are met
  • Assist with sourcing and managing suppliers for the preparation and/or production of marketing materials
  • Support the team and clients with new features and product launches
  • Assist with promotional activities
  • Develop internal processes to organize and manage client contact data to support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to M.E. Mediatech Corp's visibility in community events, preparing support materials and assisting in the events as needed
  • Carry out office duties including photocopying, filing, faxing as well as answering telephones, scheduling appointments and communicating with clients
  • Provide administrative support to the President and other team members, as required

Requirements:


  • Minimum College Diploma is required
  • Previous administrative relatedmarketing experience is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Communications skills with experience in delivering customer service satisfaction
  • Excellent marketing, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Working Conditions

  • Location: Commerce Pkwy, Richmond, BC V6V 2X
  • Standard working hours is 40 hours per week
  • May be required to work some evenings and weekends
  • Some travelling may be needed
Remuneration

  • Wage rate: $22.50 per hour
  • Discretionary performance bonus
