    Job Description:

    This role is crucial to the success of our retail stores, where store associates collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions using Sherwin-Williams products.

    • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Maintain product knowledge and uphold high-quality visual standards in the store.

    The selected individual will be responsible for working at Store #8742, located at a specified address.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Assist customers with product inquiries and present suitable solutions.
    • BUILD TRUSTFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH WHOLESALE AND RETAIL CUSTOMERS
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently according to policies and procedures.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
    • Organize and maintain precise work order files and formulas.
    • Pull necessary products from the sales floor or warehouse.
    • Mix and tint products as required to meet customer specifications.
    • Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean equipment.
    • Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when needed.
    • Maintain assigned areas in-stock and presentable condition.
    • Stay knowledgeable about offered products and suggest available options.
    • Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements to sales strategies.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
    • If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have received an adequate rating on most recent performance appraisal.
    • If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
    • High School diploma or GED.
    • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
    • Previous experience selling paint and related products.
    • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
    • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages.
