Tanknology is Englobe's division specializing precision testing and evaluation of underground and aboveground storage tank systems throughout Canada. Leaking tanks threaten groundwater quality and create health and other hazards.

Tanknology is the industry leader in leak testing, inventory analysis, meter calibration, regulatory compliance management and robotic aboveground tank inspections.

Tanknology a division of Englobe is currently recruiting a Tank Testing Technician for its Eastern Canada operations reporting to the Manager of Field Operations, your main task will be to work on the road to test our clients' above and underground Petrol tanks.

Your Contribution

As a Tank Testing Technician, you will work in collaboration with the Tanknology team


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Complete service work and various tests on tanks and lines;
  • Communicate with customers testing work and schedule dates;
  • Responsible for setting up testing equipment and conducting various test procedures;
  • Responsible for maintenance of vehicles, and equipment;
  • Responsible for completing paperwork and reports;
  • Use various different computer programs and software to record results and diagrams;
  • Follow Tanknology's safety policies;
- extensive travel across the four Maritime provinces and Canada

  • Other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Your Profile

  • Driver's Abstract upon hire.
  • Driver license, essential
  • Bilingual is an asset
  • Emergency First-Aid certificate, an asset
  • Petroleum Maintenance Helper Certification, an asset
  • Petroleum Mechanic Level 2, an asset;
  • Mechanical ability and computer knowledge, beneficial.
  • High School Diploma;
  • Criminal record check upon hire.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety
