Overview

Leaf Hydraulics is looking for an energetic and experienced Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales.

All our work is B2B in an industrial environment. This is a ground floor sales position, meaning there is growth opportunity moving forward with immediate income opportunity. Our clients include many heavy civil, concrete, utilities, and vehicle maintenance companies.


Job Summary
You will present a friendly, confident, professional face to the customers and be able to process their requests independently. Attention to detail is important, as is following procedures to ensure efficient work flow.


Qualifications:

• Ability to build relationships with clients over the phone and in person
• Must be comfortable making calls and dealing with people
• Must be comfortable with meeting deadlines. We expect prompt response to our client's requests
• Computer proficiency with Google suite products and computer literacy requirement
• Some light duty shop work assembling hoses and picking and packing orders
• Previous experience with industrial sales an asset (i.e hardware, auto parts, or fluid products)
• Any prior experience with hydraulics, bulk fluid systems, or high pressure wash systems an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.50-$22.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 35 per week
