Security Team member is expected to uphold the company's vision, 'creating experiences people are amazed by'. The Security Team Member is service oriented and collaborates with the Operations team to create an amazing and safe guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide amazing guest service while ensuring a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control,
Respond immediately to distress calls and emergency calls for disruptive guests or persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately,
Patrol CSBP property on foot, ensuring building, fencing, and gates are attended to by the appropriate team members and are secure,
Complete daily reports, including all relevant information, observations,
As required, assist with parking lot flow and guest communication with a focus on supporting the parking team members,
Ensure gate entrances/exits are secure at all times, and as requested, monitor park entrances during special events and/ or construction projects,
Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment & clothing are available, properly worn when required and properly inspected and maintained,
Ensure department team members are trained on First Aid procedures and practices, including critical incident procedures and kit locations,
Take every reasonable precaution to ensure protection of Team Members and Guests, Safety First

Qualifications:

Valid Security certificate
High School Diploma or equivalent

First Aid level

Experience and/or education in customer service
Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent verbal communication skills,
Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as familiar with POS systems,
