Job Description Mission**
Primary Responsibilities

Promoting a health, safety and environment (HSE) culture within the company
Support office HSE committees
Implement a strategic approach to supporting and managing HSE operations
Approach and develop HSE partnerships and committees
Support employees and managers in the field while managing the HSE risk analysis process
Draft safe working procedures in partnership with the people concerned
Conduct investigations, accident analyses and audits
Set up training programs and carry out new HSE continuous improvement projects in the workplace

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (ergonomics, industrial relations, health and safety or equivalent)
3 to 5 years' significant HSE experience
Agile, strategic thinking and team spirit
Oral and written communication skills
Indepth knowledge of legislation and industry best practices in Quebec and other Canadian provinces
Driver's license and access to a car for occasional trips in Quebec.
Experience in the environmental field is an asset
