Calculate and analyze the cost components (ingredients, labor, overhead) associated with each recipe or menu item, collaborating with various departments to access pertinent data.
Evaluate the profitability of menu items by considering cost, selling price, and volume, offering recommendations for pricing adjustments as required.
Conduct competitor analysis on comparable products and services within the industry.
Generate comprehensive reports for relevant departments, providing accurate metrics, project status, objectives, and challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality, finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in recipe costing, food cost analysis, or analogous roles within the food and beverage sector.
Proficiency in mathematical and analytical skills.
Indepth knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes.
Competency in spreadsheet software and accounting tools.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Keen attention to detail and precision.
