Service Advisor
The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, checking in their vehicles and assisting them through the repair process. They require substantial knowledge of vehicles, along with maintenance and warranty processes.
- In depth knowledge of the internal workings of an automotive aftersales department.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
- Strong work ethic. Self starter
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean abstract are mandatory.
- Creating a customer focused environment and continuously working to improve the customer's experience.
- Advanced knowledge of automotive technical repair procedures and processes.
- Experience in the dealership environment is an asset.
- Kia experience is an asset.
- CDK experience is an asset.
- Warranty experience is an asset.
Kitchener Kia is part of the Alkier Motor Sports dealer group.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
