Qualifications:

Bachelor of Education
Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology or School Counselling consisting of a supervised clinical practicum/internship (Minimum 400 hours)
Teaching experience at the elementary or secondary level is an asset
Demonstrated skills and knowledge in counselling children and consulting with school staff & parents
Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of programs & services for families in the district and community
