Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals, target audience, and unique selling propositions in the B2B tech sector.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of funds and measurable return on investment.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional companies, including design, content, and digital marketing, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Organize impactful PR events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the industry.
  • Conduct indepth market research, analyze consumer behavior, and identify market trends and competitive insights to drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on data insights, helping shape marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Take charge of our brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency, managing brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide valuable inputs, including market intelligence, customer personas, and positioning strategies to support lead generation and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices, continuously bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness, provide insights to stakeholders, and make datadriven recommendations for future strategies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a related field. MBA is a plus. Students who have a term as a C0-OP are accepted as well.
  • Proven experience overseeing marketing strategy and brand management, preferably within the B2B tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and current trends in B2B technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, develop unique ideas, and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
  • Experience conducting market research, analysing consumer behaviour, and using datadriven insights to inform decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a compelling manner.
  • Proficiency in managing crossfunctional teams, coordinating multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Passion for the B2B tech industry and a strong desire to stay updated with emerging technologies and market trends.

This is a contract position, with an opportunity to convert into a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development.
This is an entry level position and co-op seeking students are welcomed.

Salary:
$37,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
