Located in North Battleford
Duties:
- Greeting guests, answering and redirecting calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with daytoday accounting processes and procedures of the branch, including A/P, A/R, and Payroll data entry.
- Logistics coordination
- Maintaining general ledger, filing system, distribution lists and records, and data entry
- Complete bank deposits
- Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing support to other office personnel as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Class 5 licence required
- Experience answering and directing multiple phone lines is an asset
- A certificate or diploma in office administration is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Professionalism and an approachable demeanor in a fastpaced environment
- A proven history of providing exceptional customer service, internal and external
