Purpose of the job:

Coordinate and manage teams & activities performed by Product Introduction (PI)
Support on production site (PI logistic, FM Coordinator)

Main Responsibilities:

Support customer site setup in terms of special tools, consignment stock,...
Supervise PI logistic/materials in Alstom manufacturing site with regards to consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime)
Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs
Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)
Support field modification preparation with material, tools, documentation
Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Support teams
Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in backcharging process with ensuring relevant PI documentation

Performance measurements:

Respect of allocated Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) budgets
Zero Deviation (EHS)
Achievement of contractual availability (milestone) targets
PI Support Competencies development
Workload management
Customer Site PI Support audit results (internal and external)
Customer satisfaction survey result regarding PI Implementation scope

Educational Requirements:

Mandatory:

- (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial ("Internal Graduation" ("cadre interne" in F) acceptable)

Internal EHS training
English

Desirable:

Master's degree in Engineering

Experience:

Mandatory:

Several years of technical experience, mechanical or electrical / electronics (> 10 years for Senior position)
Field Experience (> 5 years for Senior position)
Project Execution (technical/industrial/Procurement/Supply Chain)
Installation and Test & Commissioning team
Team management
General Railway and Product knowledge
Railway safety
EHS knowledge and exposure
Customer contact
Selfgovernment

Desirable:

RAM
Problem Solving skills
Data analytics (Defect Management system)
