Purpose of the job:


  • Coordinate and manage teams & activities performed by Product Introduction (PI)
  • Support on production site (PI logistic, FM Coordinator)

Main Responsibilities:


  • Support customer site setup in terms of special tools, consignment stock,...
  • Supervise PI logistic/materials in Alstom manufacturing site with regards to consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime)
  • Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs
  • Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)
  • Support field modification preparation with material, tools, documentation
  • Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Support teams
  • Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
  • Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in backcharging process with ensuring relevant PI documentation

  • Respect of allocated Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) budgets
  • Zero Deviation (EHS)
  • Achievement of contractual availability (milestone) targets
  • PI Support Competencies development
  • Workload management
  • Customer Site PI Support audit results (internal and external)
  • Customer satisfaction survey result regarding PI Implementation scope

Educational Requirements:


Mandatory:

- (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial ("Internal Graduation" ("cadre interne" in F) acceptable)

  • Internal EHS training
  • English

Desirable:

Master's degree in Engineering


Experience:


Mandatory:


  • Several years of technical experience, mechanical or electrical / electronics (> 10 years for Senior position)
  • Field Experience (> 5 years for Senior position)
  • Project Execution (technical/industrial/Procurement/Supply Chain)
  • Installation and Test & Commissioning team
  • Team management
  • General Railway and Product knowledge
  • Railway safety
  • EHS knowledge and exposure
  • Customer contact
  • Selfgovernment

  • RAM
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Data analytics (Defect Management system)
