Shift:
Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3pm

This position will be responsible for.....

In addition to his regular duties as a warehouse attendant (level 3), coordinate the activities of employees in his sector and distribute the tasks so as to maintain an efficient and planned workload according to customer needs;
Recommend measures to improve performance and increase efficiency while ensuring strict compliance with safety rules;
Coordinate training and / or train employees in different tasks;
Ensure that FedEx Supply Chain policies and procedures are followed;

Education/Experience- Probation period successfully completed at FedEx Supply Chain;- Excellent performance and safety records in their current position (no disciplinary measures whatsoever and no problem of absenteeism;- Good knowledge of the Coteau-du-Lac distribution center (work areas, types of activities);- Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in warehouse;- Sense of initiative and organization;- Customer service oriented;- Demonstrates leadership;- Good listening and communication skills.
