Pottery Haven Studio is seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pottery Painting Studio Assistant.

As an integral part of our studio, you will assist in various aspects of our operations, including customer service, event hosting, and pottery glazing.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with customers, foster creativity, and contribute to a vibrant artistic community.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and refreshments, to studio visitors.
Host pottery painting parties and events, providing guidance and assistance to guests as they unleash their creativity.
Assist customers with selecting pottery pieces, paint colors, and tools, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
Glaze and fire pottery pieces according to studio guidelines, maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, including cleaning brushes, replenishing supplies, and tidying work areas.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking pottery supplies and merchandise as needed.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute studio events, workshops, and promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Uphold studio policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and sanitation protocols, to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Creativity and artistic flair, with an interest in pottery painting and crafts.
Reliable and responsible, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
