Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, and implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities, ensure compliance with procedures, and meet deadlines
- Manage administrative tasks within the organization
- Enforce policies and procedures concerning the release of records under government access to information and privacy laws
- Coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security
- Supervise and organize office administrative processes
Computer and Technology Skills:
- Email communication
- Calendar management systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, and Word
