We are hiring an Evening Shift Service Coordinator.

Do you enjoy providing front line customer service to customers? Do you have attention to detail to review and close repair orders while ensuring invoices are complete, accurate, and timely? If so, this position may be for you This position ensures long-term customer relationships and profitable work for Maxim.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with rotational Saturday 7:30 AM -5:00 PM shifts.

Responsibilities:

Processes internal and external customer requests through a variety of methods and books work into the shop.
Performs unit intake process upon its arrival at Maxim
Conducts indepth interviews for all complaints outlined in the front counter questionnaires
Liaising between our shop and the customer during the repair process
Performs unit pickup process.
Closes retail work orders
Provides estimates for customer requests and standard work on P&D new vehicles and for customers purchasing a batch of vehicles (tenders), either new or used

Ideal qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in the medium/heavy duty truck. Equivalent experience in an automotive or related industry is considered.
Front line customer service experience is required
Technical product knowledge is preferred
Ability to build longterm relationships with customers and vendors
A team player that takes initiative and a learner attitude
Possess strong listening, problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent fact finding and analytical skills; Strong aptitude for numbers, shows attention to detail
Organized, sets and meets priorities
Ability to work with interruptions required
Flexibility to adapt to changing demands
