We are looking for
Administrative Specialist to help support our driven, focused and expanding team.

Your ability to multi-task and manage your own work and projects is essential to this position, as you will be responsible for getting tasks and projects done efficiently against pre-determined deadlines.

You need to be proactive, resourceful, a good problem solver and organized with strong attention to detail. You are also efficient and comfortable working in a traditional and virtual team environment.

Ideally, you are also creative and enjoy writing and editing and have a good understanding of public communications.

Part of the role will be to support our team with creating, strategizing and organizing content that aligns with our company objectives.

Job Summary, responsibilities, and duties:


  • Manage incoming phone calls (screen, organize, and facilitate, and direct each call) as required
  • Provide administrative support to our projects and teams
  • Enter data into the customer relationship management (CRM) with complete accuracy
  • Record, finalize and organize minutes for meetings
  • Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Able to work inperson, at the office 5/week flexible on schedule when work happens outside of preset office hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and pivot as priorities may shift quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organization skills
  • Resultsoriented and comfortable working in an evolving and fastpaced environment
  • Ability to ask questions to ensure accuracy of work
  • Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in an office environment in an administrative capacity would be considered an asset
  • Exposure to the skilled trades environment would be a bonus but is not necessary
  • Fluent in English; French is an asset but not required
  • Must be available to start immediately
