Cottonwoods Care Centre is a 213 bed, one-storey building centrally located on Ethel Street in beautiful Kelowna, BC.
The original building was completed in 1976, and in 1984 an addition was completed bringing the facility to its current state occupying 156,080 square feet.
The Aberdeen Unit has 60 Short Stay beds including 1 respite bed. Bridgeway is our special populations unit comprised of 27 beds - typical clients are younger adults. The Cadder Court and Driftwood Units have 42 beds respectively. The Ethel Glen Unit is a secured dementia unit with 42 beds including one respite bed.The building also houses our Gerontology Centre, where geriatric clients are referred for consultation with an interdisciplinary team including our in-house geriatrician.
