- Ensure accuracy in inventory levels through regular monitoring, analysis, and participation in cycle counts.
- Handle the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring all associated documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
- Fill and prepare material orders for various work orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely execution.
- Operate and maintain material handling equipment, such as forklifts, and provide support at the warehouse counter.
- Assist in the investigation of inventory discrepancies and ensure that inventory practices meet company standards.
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry and the preparation of routine warehouse reports.
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Alberta driver's license, with a clean driving record.
- At least three () years of related experience in a warehousing environment; certification in warehousing/logistics is an asset.
- Certification as electric forklift operator, Standard First Aid, TDG, and WHMIS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.
