We are looking to fill the position of Cirque Cook at Fernie Alpine Resort. Our guests come back because of the amazing food you can produce at a professional and passionate level. Your execution of our delicious meals will contribute to the amazing dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual willing to learn new skills, have a positive attitude, be teamwork-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You Will:

• Prepare, cook, and plate food to established standards for quality and presentation.
• Follow the kitchen's systems & principles
• Promote a safe, sanitized work environment, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and food storage management
• Ensure the highest level of service and guest experience
• Provide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managers
• Know and abide by RCR policies, Employee Handbook guidelines and Safety Management Program
• Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable

You Have:

• Previous cook and food preparation experience required
• Cook training certification or equivalent an asset
• Food safe certification, an asset, may be obtained upon hire
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and a positive attitude
