- Generates pallet tags and lot and expiry labels, case labels and issues such to the line when needed. Generates and issues labels to the line, when lot codes change mid-shift.
- Leads in the training of the Line Leaders along with the Production Supervisor for that shift.
- Participates in the first off process to ensure production lines are running to customer and product specifications.
- Assists Line Leaders with counts at the beginning and end of shifts of all feeder stock at the line and confirms the information documented by the line leaders is accurate via performing reconciliation reviews daily.
- Approves every lot by completing a Finished Product Release as per SOP (accountabilities, labels/tags correct, verifies FG counts to paperwork etc). If OK places a "green" sticker on every skid.
- Oversee the production of the complete package to ensure an "A" Quality product from start to finish.
- Completes hourly quality checks on lines as per SOP.
- Assists in monthly physical inventories when required.
- High school diploma and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
