Your Role:


As the Cross Functional Project Lead, Digital Health Enablement you will be responsible to work with the Executive Lead and Director to inspire project teams to create the conditions necessary to deliver large scale digital transformation initiatives for health care.

This role will be critical in enabling digital transformation by:


  • Putting in place the enabling conditions to support successful digital transformation initiatives for health care.
  • Providing leadership and direction to both internal and external project resources.
  • Inspiring a project team to work differently, by embracing human centered, iterative, and continuous improvement approaches to delivery.
  • Working in a collaborative and integrated way across the branch (NSDS) and the Department (SNSIS), the whole of government and health care.
  • Establishing partnerships and relationships with key partners across all levels of government, and the health sector.

  • You will work with the Executive Lead and Director, Digital Health Enablement, Mission IT & Core Internal Services to support empowered, engaged project teams.
  • Empower teams to use internetera ways of working, keep a strong focus on delivery priorities, be accountable for delivery, and act swiftly to respond to changing requirements.
  • Work collaboratively to identify opportunities for innovation and increasing value.
  • Be a champion for the digital enablement of health care and develop extensive business partnerships with NSH, IWK and DHW to enable and support large transformational change.
