Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with different teams such as Operations, Business, Technology, Vendor, etc. for daily BAU activities.
Open change tickets in ServiceNow ensuring adherence to proper change management procedures.
Coordinate with Vendor and internal IT Infrastructure resources for currency related upgrades.
Support the Business and Operations Teams during UAT testing for the Vendor's semiannual major Production releases.
Assist with diagramming and documenting technical environments, processes, test plans and project plans.
Participate in Disaster Recovery Planning (Define, Review, Test)
Assist with proper maintenance (logging, versioning) of artifact repositories for audit purposes.

Must Have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to establish a good rapport with stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent collaboration skills as well as the ability to work efficiently under minimum supervision.
Selfstarter, detailedoriented and organized with strong timemanagement skills and the ability to multitask effectively within a fastpaced environment.
Demonstrated ability to follow up on issues independently and ensure they are resolved promptly, escalating when necessary.
Experience working in the Financial Industry.
Able to document and diagram data and process flows as well as infrastructure components.
Indepth knowledge of a wide range of software and hardware products
Technical understanding of Networking (firewalls, DNS, Azure Cloud)
Technical understanding of Application communication (Message Queue, API, SSL/TLS)
Technical understanding of Database Technologies (MS SQL, Oracle)
Experience with tools such as SQL, TIBCO, ServiceNow, MS Visio, Confluence, JIRA
Knowledge of SSO, MFA, PingFed, OIDC, OAuth.
Able to keep up to date with emerging technology industry standards.

Nice to Have:

Familiar with SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence Suite
Trade Finance experience.
Understanding of Payment Systems.
Project Management skills
Experience working in an agile environment

Education/Accreditations:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
