Job description


Join our Administration Team as a Recruitment Coordinator, where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Chateaux property also recognized as an AAA 4-Diamond Resort and T&L World's Best Hotel.

This position is part-time, hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This position may work remotely, with training taking place on property.


Objectives:

As an ambassador of the Wickaninnish Inn team member experience, ensure all communication and representation meets or exceeds Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards
Lead by example and be a pro-active member of the Human Resources Team of the Wickaninnish Inn
Create, post and manage job postings on various recruitment websites and platforms
Conduct initial screening and review of incoming resumes
Registration and preparation for a variety of Job Fairs and recruitment events, attendance may be required if Director of HR is absent
Participation in weekly HR Meeting
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be added

Profile description
Previous Administration experience an asset
Ability to multi-task and have excellent organizational skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required, and working knowledge of Dayforce is an asset
Strong Human Resources skills are required; oral and written communication skills, ability to connect with team members, and ability to follow up with team members efficiently; sound judgment
Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously are necessary; initiative
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
An employment duration commitment will be required
Must be authorized to work in Canada
