As a Barista at our new shop, you will be an integral part of our café team, responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.

Your primary duties will include:

Coffee Preparation:

Skillfully prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, cold brews, and more, adhering to our quality standards.

Customer Service:

Engage with customers in a friendly, courteous manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring that each guest receives exceptional service throughout their visit.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized at all times to maintain a pleasant and inviting environment.

Cash Handling:
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and providing change when necessary.


Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on our coffee offerings, seasonal specials, and any relevant promotions to provide customers with valuable information.


Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations, assist in other tasks as needed, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customerfacing role is preferred but not mandatory.
• An interest in coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and coffee origins.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge will be a plus.
