ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS:

THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements:

You must have strong product management experience from the finance sector or created any workstream tools w/ heavy data analytics

Previous experience working on product creation and management capabilities preferable Technically competent to influence and understand the data solution context & approach and aid engineering in estimating the complexity of work being requested Evidence of delivering on roadmaps + engineer estimates Experience with Lean and Agile processes; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence Strong analytical skills, prototyping, and generating insights Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other analysis tools Understanding of financial analyst's journey through using a workstream platform, thinking holistically through data, analytics, and workflow A strong understanding of data products and the financial market data and infrastructure industry ( bloomberg, blackrock, HSBC, etc) A relentless focus on the client, and will base decisions on data and feedback from clients, both internal and external.
