C3 Powersports, based in Salmon Arm BC, is a recognized leader in niche powersports fields.Since 2009 we've been busy innovating and developing projects like unrivaled carbon fiber snowmobilesand SyncroDrive, the Yeti SnowMXsnowbike, and now a growing lineup of offroad accessorieswith a snowbike focus.
List of Possible Tasks:
- Take ownership for managing and maintaining our Shopifybased website
- Creating, updating, and improving product pages, menus, support pages, cart, etc
- Designing and implementing userfriendly interactive custom HTML / CSS / script elements
- Build from scratch and run at least two complete new websites for our "sister brands"
- Graphic design and brandingrelated content creation like promotional images
- An "eye" for design and a "voice" for highquality, mistakefree written content is crucial
- Managing social media feeds could be part of this role
- Working with spreadsheets batch data analysis and manipulation, export/import, automations
- Leveraging APIs to automate daytoday workflows between website, ERP, accounting, reporting, etc
- Listening to customers, continuously improving website functions, product descriptions & howto's, etc
- Identifying and capitalizing on marketing opportunities, including analytics, SEO, buying online ads, etc
General:
- Be passionate about the recreation industry, entrepreneurship, and motorsports in general
- Help foster a safe and supportive workplace culture
- Identifying & implementing opportunities for continuous improvement wherever possible in a team environment
- Contribute to team efforts and completes other duties as required
Requirements:
- Excellent computer literacy in general, proficiency with spreadsheets, basic HTML/CSS and scripts, etc
- Specific experience using Shopify would be an asset
- Experience in a fastpaced office environment, experience managing IT infrastructure and services
- Strong attention to detail both written and spoken, good organizational skills
- Business acumen, familiar with technical aspects of "behindthescenes" ie: experience with ERP softwares and can learn and excel at ours. Comfortable with concepts of SKUs/part numbers, BOMs, SOs, Invoices, POs, account statements
- Experience with (or interest to learn about) snowbikes, dirtbikes, or snowmobiles]

Experience in related areas would both be considered assets but are not a requirement.
Compensation will be dependent on the value you add to us - once you prove yourself and your work translates into growth for the company, there is room for rapid increases.

From $20.00 per hour
