Working collaboratively with other Project Managers, our Commercial Team and Technical Support, as well as many others across the company, you'll be part of a high-energy and supportive environment.

Your outstanding organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot, all while delivering legendary customer service, will contribute to the team's success.


Project Managers are critical contributors throughout the entire project life cycle, from updating information in our CRM to coordinating site installations.

And always keeping our customers informed and assured that their project.

You are the face of MAKR, as you interact directly clients to mitigate risks, identify and overcome barriers and deliver your best to keep projects on time and on budget, which ultimately, brings smiles to kids' faces.


In this role, you will:
- confirm installation scope and timelines
- schedule and manage contractors
- administer and manage parts orders
- connect with customers for status updates
- update technical documents as reference materials for our installers
- operate with a sense of urgency, but never panic
- work with Finance to initiate and manage project invoices

You are industrious and resourceful, yet never shortcut processes. You always think, speak and act with respect, consideration for others, and a commitment to safety.

As much as you are immersed in the details, you're able to understand how each step, and the interdependency between departments, from sales to post-installation service, impacts the successful outcome, which are spaces created for fun.

To accomplish your diverse and varied activities, you'll need technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. If you know your way around the order confirmation functionality of a CRM, even better. You're an effective communicator, beyond organized, have a keen eye for detail and an even keener sense of humour.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
