Duties include:

1. Crew scheduling and site organization, including the delivery of materials and equipment required for various large scale commercial landscaping sites.
2. Supervising crew members and equipment operators and delegating tasks in order to adhere to project timelines.
3. Completing of daily job progress reports and communicating/collaborating with Field Supervisor to ensure job guidelines and quality are strictly followed.
4. Assisting and motivating crew with varying site tasks including, but not limited to; Grading, Tree planting, installation of both hard and soft scapes, and overall cleanliness and maintenance of busy construction sites.
5. Enforce safety procedures and protocols in compliance with current regulations.
6. Truck and trailer and equipment operation when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. 3+ years experience as a Landscape/Construction/Earthworks Foreman.
2. 2+ years heavy equipment experience.
3. Valid class 5 drivers license.
4. Extensive background in landscape installation and maintenance.
