Job Description:

Salary starting at $20.00/Hour + commission

Permanent full-time position

Schedule: 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday

As a Specialized purchasing agent at Kenny U-Pull, you will be the first point of contact with our clients looking to sell their car with us.

Reporting to the call center supervisor, you will have the pleasure of:

Answer incoming customer calls
Take the time to understand the specific needs of our customers and offer personalized solutions
Explain our unique business model and highlight its benefits.
Negotiate and close car sales with sales goals and customer satisfaction in mind.
Follow up on pending requests and individual customers

Qualifications:

-
Functional bilingualism (French and English):

One year experience in a similar role
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Interest in the automotive field.
