Atlantic Canada's Largest Real Estate Brokerage, is looking for a full-time enthusiastic, experienced and hard-working Real Estate Agent Concierge that will help streamline communication and support for our Agents.

This is a blended role that requires the ability to tie together multiple departments and provide a high level of service to Agents.

This is an exciting, fast-paced and high-volume position that includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined list of Agents seeking assistance with their brand, listing and personal marketing plan.
Collaborate with our inhouse service teams to inform the creation and distribution of materials that promote agents and their listings to local, national and sometimes international clientele.
Manage service delivery optimization, including feedback for internal teams about areas for improvement and implementing changes to projects or services.
Coordinate and followup with various departments (e.g. Photo/Videography, Marketing, Agent Services, Broker Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with Agents to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Meeting assigned expectations for sales, and achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and meeting/exceeding customer satisfaction and sales goals.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Resultsdriven, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proven sales experience.
Bilingual in French and English considered an asset.
