Urban Customz is a retail print shop offering a curated gallery of canvas art and custom apparel, providing customers with the opportunity to create unique pieces to express their personal aesthetics
We are seeking
Retail Sales Representatives that are able to:
- Greet customers in a timely manner and providing information about our company, products and services
- Address customer requests with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Create topoftheline graphics and designs as per customer requests
- Operate design software, as well as vinylcutting and heatpressing appliances
- Collaborate with team members, and personalinitiative, to fulfill job requirements including maintaining cleanliness and organization
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous customer service, sales, and/or graphic design experience
- Available for up to 40 hours per week
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing excellence
- Excel in fastpaced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
- Selfinitiative with strong work ethic
- Strong reading, writing, verbal and arithmetic skills
- MUST have basic computer literacy
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other software is a plus
- Experience with vinyl cutting and heat pressing is a plus
