Job Brief:


The Inventory Administrator will be responsible for the life cycle management of the parts and materials inventory at Control Tech.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Performs daily inventory processing related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and production.
  • Compares on hand reports to ERP system and resolves on hand discrepancies.
  • Counts, records, and maintains records of merchandise received and sold according to departmental procedures.
  • Performs weekly inventory counts for parts and materials and adjusts as necessary.
  • Processes returns, cores, credits, and warranty parts.
  • Prepares and submits inventory control reports to supervisor.
  • Participates in resolving issues with obsolete or slowmoving inventory items.
  • Picks outbound shipments in a safe and timely fashion according to procedure.
  • Participates/complies with company safety programs & company policies.
  • Other duties as required.

Required Skills/Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with computer software (i.e., MS Office, ERP systems, Internet)
  • Solid verbal and written communication.
