ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you a professional with a strong background in supply chain looking to make your next move?
We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven technology company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world.

We are looking for a Demand Management Specialist to join our team to achieve our strategic goals and grow our organization further.

You will be working in a global Supply Chain Team, with local colleagues in Procurement and Logistics.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the proper execution of our demand fulfillment, escalation management and demand prioritization process
  • You will work closely in crossfunctional teams and with other departments to ensure that both, companies' and customers' needs, are met
  • You will be responsible for coordination and the execution of the entire process of "OrdertoCash"
  • You will monitor forecast consumption daily to identify deviations from plan
  • You will support the integration of digital technologies and tools to automate manual or repetitive tasks


The role is based in our office in Ottawa with the opportunity to work from home for some days per week after onboarding.


YOUR PROFILE:

In order to excel in the position of our Demand Management Specialist:

  • You have gained at least 2 years of experience working in supply chain or logistics, ideally purchasing related
  • You are keen on technology and would like to be a part of a growing hightech company
  • You are familiar with digitalization/automation and continuous improvement process
  • You have strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
  • You are flexible, solutionoriented and conscientious
  • You are proactive and like working in a dynamic environment
  • You are a strong team player with very good communication skills
  • You are fluent in English
