Description

Responsibilities:

Provide hardware support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and systems
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations
Respond to service requests and provide timely resolution to hardwarerelated problems
Conduct hardware inventory management and maintain accurate records
Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware equipment
Follow standard operating procedures for hardware maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Hardware Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware systems and components
Familiarity with MacOS and Windows operating systems
Proficiency in IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy
Understanding of computer networking concepts, including LAN/WAN configurations
Knowledge of firewall configurations and security protocols
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to diagnose hardware issues
Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
