Our Cranbrook location is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual for the Delivery Helper position. As a Delivery Helper, you will assist Drivers in safely transporting building materials and placing them at customer job sites, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the designated area, prioritizing safety
• Communicate professionally with customers, co-workers, and other trades on job sites
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain focus on safety, service, and efficiency
• Stay in contact with dispatch and help resolve any issues
• Prepare trucks for reloading and support warehouse staff
• Verify load security and accuracy
• Be a company ambassador with all employees and customers
• Adhere to regulations, company policies, and procedures
• Perform other assigned tasks by management

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math knowledge
• Basic hand tool skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
• Physical abilities:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs
• Sitting for extended periods
• Frequent climbing and movement
• Various physical movements to transfer materials
