What you will accomplish with us:

  • Training Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of Sales Representatives, Branch Teams, and customers. Ensure training content aligns with the latest e-commerce tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and practical training sessions for Sales Representatives, Branch Teams, and customers through various channels, including inperson sessions, virtual webinars, and video tutorials. Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
  • Onboarding: Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition onto the ecommerce platform. Provide expert guidance on platform navigation, product searches, order placement, and other relevant features.
  • Continuous Education: Stay updated with industry trends and ecommerce advancements to enhance training content continually. Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Offer posttraining support to Sales Representatives, Branch Teams, and customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions related to the ecommerce platform. Continue to gather feedback regarding the ecommerce platform and relay it back to the eBusiness teams.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to facilitate selflearning among Sales Representatives, Branch Teams, and customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce training initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms. Provide regular reports on training progress and areas for improvement.

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training and e-commerce platforms are a plus.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in designing and delivering B2B training programs, preferably within the ecommerce or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B ecommerce platforms, online transaction processes, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methodologies to suit diverse learning styles and audience backgrounds.
  • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using elearning tools, virtual training platforms, and multimedia software.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate training program effectiveness and make datadriven improvements.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC or Construction industries is an asset
  • Willingness to travel regionally and or nationally to different branches and customer sites as required.
  • Bilingual an asset.
